Fat-burning workouts that really work, when combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle, will help you burn fat fast. This is an easy read with actionable information. Happy burning!
Fat loss workouts don't have to be complicated! If you're trying to lose weight, here are some of the most effective fat burning exercises for your body:
Burpees are one of my favorite fat loss exercises! I've been doing burpees for years to lose fat and most recently I got a little creative with them to incorporate more cardio.
Squats are one of the most simple, low-tech yet effective strength and bodyweight exercises you can do. They're a top exercise for burning fat, and also easily add bulk to your legs. I wanted to take a look at how much weight you should use and why, along with some tips and pointers.
3. Jumping rope.
Jumping rope is such a useful and simple way of burning fat, it’s no wonder that people have been doing it for centuries. It has more benefits than most other types of exercise.
Everyone wants to burn fat fast. How about doing 50 push-ups (or as many as you can) every time you pass your kitchen? That's an easy way to burn some fat and lose weight.
5. Running in place.
Running in place. This is one of the oldest techniques that may be used in many ways. Running at pace is one of the best ways to work on your abdominal muscles and at the same time burn fat and release tension from your body. Run on the spot for about ten minutes.
Lunges are one of the most effective exercises for burning fat. Studies repeatedly show that people who do lunges on a regular basis lose more fat than people who do not include lunges in their workouts. Lunges are good because they help you burn calories, build lean muscle and get a flat stomach. This is because lunges engage almost every muscle group in your body when you perform the exercise properly. Lunges also make all of your leg muscles work harder, which will help you to develop lower body muscles. Lunges are considered to be one of the best exercises for women because it firms the buttocks and jiggly thighs by increasing fat burn.
7. Crunches or sit-ups (these two can be combined).
Crunches and sit-ups are some of the most popular ways of doing this (and also some of the hardest, boring, and painful). So obviously we all need to become experts on how to do them properly so that it doesn't take us an hour to lose an inch right?
8. Walking upstairs or hills if possible.
If your goal is to burn fat, the amount of time and intensity you spend jogging on a treadmill may have little to do with getting results. You burn more calories walking upstairs or hills or even walking fast than you ever will on a treadmill, which goes against what many people believe.
9. High knee running in place (alternate between each leg).
High knee running in place is one of the fastest ways to lose fat and tone your thighs and butt. This fat-burning exercise is named high knee running in place because you’re going to be running in place while lifting your knees high.
10 . Running outside on a track or treadmill as long as weather permits (if you run outside try to run on the grass rather than concrete).
In my opinion, there’s almost no better way to burn fat than running. It may not be the most exciting activity, but it’s certainly an effective one. It’s also a great exercise because you can do it just about anywhere.
